CSM Retreat Registration Information

For Individuals

To register for the CSM Retreat just click on the link below. This will open up a CSM Retreat Registration Form. Print and complete the form and forward it along with payment to your Pastor or Facilitator.

Cost

Retreat registration is $50 for a single and $95 for a married couple.

A late registration fee of $20 per person will be applicable if your registration is received less than two weeks before the retreat date.

CSM Australia accepts payments by Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard or Bank Card), Cheques or Australia Post Money Orders. Please do not send cash.

For Groups

Attention Pastors and Course Facilitators

The following is the procedure for Group Registration to attend a Retreat: 

Step 1: Each individual in your CSM Course will need to complete a Retreat Registration Form and submit it to you.

Step 2: Pastors and Course Facilitators will need to complete a Group Retreat Registration Summary Form. Click here to download the Group Retreat Registration Summary Form.

Step 3: When you have collected the individual Retreat Registration Forms, these forms along with the Group Retreat Registration Summary Form and full payment should be sent to CSM Australia, Customer Service Department.
